Woodlands Animal Care Center opened in August of 2009.  Dr Rebecca Wingfield has been our Chief Veterinarian since January 2010. We have done routine care for companion animals such as exams, vaccines, and routine surgeries. And we offer wonderful patient care! But did you know........

  • Our routine surgeries are now done with a cutting edge laser instead of a scapel blade!

    • Laser surgery benefits are less pain, less bleeding, and less swelling. It also reduces risk of infection  and is extremely precise for a quicker recovery!

  • We have a rehabilitation center!

    • AND a certified canine rehabilitation therapist!  We do basic exercises, Aquatic Bioelectric Therapy in our whirlpool, Hydro-Treadmill therapy, Cold laser therapy, and Electrical Stimulation!

  • We do dental cleanings and have a dental x-ray Machine!

    • The visible portion of the tooth is just the "tip of the iceburg" and dental x-rays ensure your pet's mouth is the healthiest it can be when you leave!

  • We do digital X-Rays and Ultrasound!

    • We offer digital Radiographs and can even put your pets x-rays on a disc or send them out to specialists when you need a referral!

    • We have an ultrasound machine to help determine if your pet is pregnant, if there's a bladder infection or bladder stones and to help diagnose more serious illnesses.
